Wilson Brothers Tattoo (formerly Scapegoat Tattoo) is a custom and walk-in tattoo shop located in Portland, Oregon. We’ve been in the same SE Portland neighborhood for over 20 years. Choose from our flash designs or work with us to create a custom design from your own ideas. We take same-day appointments Friday through Monday, and walk-in time is usually available as well – though booking ahead is the best way to guarantee a spot. We don’t take appointments over the phone – please reach out by text, email, or Instagram – and a deposit is required to hold all appointments. We’re also a vegan-owned and operated shop. We source our products to avoid animal-based ingredients and stay mindful of running an environmentally conscious business. For anyone curious: vegan tattoo ink is regular tattoo ink — it comes from the same manufacturers everyone else uses, we just ask a few questions about sourcing when we order it. Established in 2005.
Brian Wilson opened Scapegoat Tattoo in 2005, tattooing alongside his brother John for 14 years. In 2024, Brian brought John on as a full partner, and they rebranded as Wilson Brothers Tattoo. – same SE Portland location, same values, new name. The shop has been vegan-owned and operated since day one, with a commitment to quality tattooing, welcoming customer relationships, and a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
